US Storage Centers

I am passed months due to write this review. We highly recommend this location. High 5 Stars to amazing Robert, David, and Cesar. They possess excellent Customer service and are a great team. Robert, the manager, has the ability and compassion to handle all sorts of situations. US Storage is above lucky to have Robert. As he is a highly qualified manager, with a caring down to earth human touch, and his business skills are truly impressive. This location has U-Haul Rentals, packing material, and storage units, all in one place. From their lovely landscaped, with the specks of color and green, inviting you to do business with them, which makes it all the more welcoming. Plus, the location inside and out is kept so tidy and clean.

I wanted to write this review because I feel a specific employee deserves recognition. Robert was one of the best, well informed, and kind individual I have worked with in personal service in my life. My family had recently been through the passing of a loved one. Robert made it his goal to make us feel comfortable through it all which he greatly succeeded in. It was not easy to move everything into a new place but Robert assured us of the safety of our items and the facility as a whole. The entire expiernce was very streamline and easy to understand and Robert made us very confident in our decision.

Robert was honestly the reason I decided to get a storage unit here. He was incredibly smart, respectful, and took the time to answer every single question I had without making me feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. On top of that, the facility itself was very clean and well maintained, which really mattered to me. You can tell Robert genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in his work. I’m really glad I chose this place.
