While the storage units are in good condition, the recent major (DOUBLED) rate hike preceded by not applying the promotional rate reduction, and not being open during business hours, I don't recommend this place. Phone calls get rolled to a holding service and go unanswered. You can wait around for over 30 minutes to see if someone shows up, but they don't. Whomever is running this place seems to only be here whenever they feel like it.

Keegan, the manager, is an excellent employee. My husband and I are grateful for working with him. However, the facility itself we are unfortunately extremely dissatisfied with as we had lost over $5,000 in furniture from flooding that occurred back in August due to lack of insurance coverage that the facility held and the zero liability from both the facility and insurance. The result of this ended up being we lost money and ended up having to pay more on our storage units due to no matching unit size available so we had to get different size units. We should not have lost our furniture in an indoor storage unit under those circumstances. There was no apology from the facility and no compromise on unit prices. The only apology we received was from Keegan after learning our insurance claim was denied. We had stored our belongings here for a year and within that time our unit prices increased twice. Even though the manager, Keegan, is great, we would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

The access door was right inside the main gate and our unit was about the 3rd one donwn after the first corner (our moving company was really impressed!!). The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great experience overall!!👍👍
