Let’s not fool ourselves with this high 4’s rating. These guys pepper you for a rating the second you sign up with them. First off if I’m a girl by myself, I wouldn’t feel safe here. It’s a tad sketchy. Abandoned cars next to the loading dock. I started in August on an introductory rate on an 8x8 unit. Immediately after seeing it, I thought this looks small for 8x8. I took out a measuring tape and sure enough it was 7x7. They had other 7x7 units priced differently but when I asked the manager who runs the location to come upstairs and look, he said he’d have to hire someone to come measure with me. Apparently you can’t trust a measuring tape. Also they never came up to view it since I rented a unit from here. My first 3 months were an introductory rate. September 1, October 1, November 1. On December 1 they raised the price from $65 to $115. On January 1 it went from $115 to $225. Pretty quick raise. I know storage units are a scam but come on. Here we are January 17th. I’m out of here. There are reviews about how helpful people are. I need someone to check my unit before I can officially move out. At 11am they had a sign they are at lunch. Be back at 12:30. Soooo helpful. And they won’t answer the phone. It’s a joke. And your stuff will get an odor. Earlier in the day my wife and I packed up our Christmas tree. She said “the insides of this bag smells weird”. An hour later we were in the building which she had never been to. Then told me “the bag smells exactly like this building”. I guess that explains it.

I visited the storage unit with a friend who said the first floor units were nasty, so I was helping him relocate the boxes to another facility. I assumed he was exaggerating, but nope, it was indeed musty, odorous, and one of the worst kept storage facilities I've seen.
