Val's Self Storage

My friend got all of her belongings stolen and the company has known for 6 months and are doing nothing about it, except put THEIR OWN LOCK ON IT, called the wrong number that was not updated and did not try to contact her email to make sure they knew about it and she has been paying the full amount for the full 6 month and all they will do about it is refund her for the last month she paid! Do not go to these people!! Horrible company!!

I would give no stars if allowed. Scott and Bob did an amazing job running the place. Unfortunately it has been sold to a different company and the place is now being ran terribly. They increased prices without giving proper notice and just expect you to pay. They also implemented a 30 day notice when no longer renting from them. The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and not professional at all. I do not recommend renting from them at all. If you do, good luck.
