Had an appt time between 2-3pm checked in 10 till. They have clean area with truck staging and plenty of room back up annd dock. got notice to dock by a warehouse loader within 10-15 mins. After loaded received paperwork from Ms Jackie in the office she’s real nice and informative.

Checked in 2 hours before appointment, got door few minutes later, fast unloading. Time there was only hour friendly and good communication

They were excellent to get me loaded and on my way. No overnight parking, but there is a staging area if you arrive early. I stayed on dock and counted product, but I can say after being there two times that it's probably not necessary. I did because the check in sheet says the driver is responsible for the counting. I thought there was an error with one pallet and they were very friendly at unloading, checking that pallet and reloading. Some of the layer quantities can be confusing. Make sure to ask if there's any questions while they're loading and they'll def answer.
