Darlene is amazing! She went above and beyond with her customer service skills and I sincerely thank her for everything she has done and I would give her 10 Stars if I could!!!!

It's not the cheapest and it's a pain to HAVE to sign in at the office every time you need to enter. They don't have a keypad like other storage places. They are nice and the property is clean and we'll maintained. They have a good location but they are smaller, so driving a 26 foot Uhaul can be a challenge.

I have been with this particular storage facility since 1987 and the people here are the best thing that ever happened to me. I appreciate that it's always clean and not cluttered and the people working here are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure that you have a positive experience. I have never had a negative experience only with certain tenants there.When I have friends looking for a storage facility I will definately recomend Valley Public Storage to them and tell them about the nice people that work here.
