I had a really great experience at Value It Storage thanks to Jose and Jonathan. When we arrived, their system was down, but they still went out of their way to help us get our storage unit set up. They were patient, professional, and super helpful the entire time, making sure we were taken care of despite the technical issues. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. It’s rare to come across customer service like that. I truly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Customer service at this location is absolutely amazing! We’ve contemplated moving multiple times but the incredible customer service has kept us here since 2021. I have so much appreciation for Jonathan, he is truly a gem! It is so nice to deal with people that genuinely enjoy their work and are passionate about helping their customers. I hope he gets many raises and is recognized for his valuable customer service beyond this review. In a world of faceless corporations its such a blessing to have people like Jonathan to provide real customer service and care. The past property manager, Maria was also amazing! Not sure who’s doing the hiring at this location but they are doing a fantastic job as well! The facility is also very well maintained, everything is kept super clean. Parking is always available, although beginning and end of the month can get a little busy with tenants moving in and out.

Jose made my U-Haul rental experience super easy and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, from the rental process to the equipment. The truck was ready on time and the whole pickup process was smooth. If you need help renting a U-Haul, I definitely recommend asking for Jose — great customer service all around!
