I’ve been to at least 10 Storage Places in the Miami Fort Lauderdale area and this is by far the best. The condition of the place is immaculate, the facility is air conditioned and covered parking so you don’t have to load or unload your stuff in the scorching sun or the heavy South Florida rain. It is open 24 hrs for businesses!! But the best is the personal touch that DAVID and Lourdes provide with their customer service. They’ve been there for the 4 years I was there and they were always really helpful and went far and beyond their own duties to make sure we as clients were always happy. I personally brought in maybe 8 to 10 co workers that live/work close to Miami Airport which makes this location rather convenient. I’ve transferred to another State for a while but I’m sure I will be back with my stuff to this place.

We continue to have a great experience. Lourdes is very helpful and provides excellent customer service. The property is always clean and well taken care of. We refer anyone we know to this location when needing storage or truck rental.
