Vault Stor & Loc

The folks that work here and very friendly, helpful and fair. I had a storage space here for about a year and during that time when I went to the storage space, I often stopped in to say hello to them or visit their very large cat. They are nice people. The facility is clean and safe. Overall a good experience.

We had a great experience with Vault Stor & Loc. Some reviews might infer the manager is too strict, but in all honesty this is what you want in a manager that is taking responsibility for your items being stored there. He has very simple rules and they are all there in place to keep the facility safe for others and your belongings. The initial tour he gives of the property is really fun and he goes over everything so you don't really have any follow-up questions.

I'm looking at this location to store my classic vehicle. The fellow I just talked with, Ron, was very pleasant, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I plan to rent partially due to his good customer service -- please note that the previous (negative) review was two years old. It's obvious things have changed (for the better) since then.
