Northwest Self Storage

I went in to the office to get me my storage unit and the lady Sara was very friendly and understanding. I was able to vent some of the stuff I was going through and she gave me some very good feedback! Thank you Sara!! Edit! Got most of my stuff out of storage and into new place since I've came in last and only had few more items I still needed stored so I called and asked about getting a smaller unit and well they got me what I needed! Hands down best storage in town!

this place is so easy and perfect. I've stored here for two years going to UO and it is so convenient and so perfect. I got the smallest unit which is what is pictured, but the staff is always so helpful and friendly and it's such an easy process to like pay your rent, and also to move in and out.

I've had a great experience with the front desk, even after I had an unlucky moment where I bought a poor choice of combo locks quality, and had my unit broken into. Realistically, this isn't the fault of the storage unit, as they can't always monitor who is going to and fro. They've been nothing but helpful the whole time, though. Knowing this is the first break in in a year is also important in this situation!
