Vertical Cold Storage

Delivered here 2/18/26. 0700 appt, checked in 0640, parked in front of dock with doors closed and seal attached, they come out and break the seal when they’re ready. I was empty by 0800. Office ladies are extremely polite. The guy who unloaded me was nice as well, & left my trailer clean. Overnight parking available on the south end of the building, however they don’t want you idling. 10/10 easy peasy, looking forward to coming back.

Doesnt make it to my list of terrible pick ups but also wasnt great. Starting with the good the facility is really big with plenty of parking and docks are easy to back too. The staff at the window were also pretty friendly and there are two bathrooms you can use one on each side of the building. Now the nad parts. My dispatch showed an appointment time of 10 am but when i got there i was told my appointment was at 3. Based on the level of disorganization i witnessed here i have little doubt the crossed wire was on their end not my companies. With nothing else to do i parked and settled in to kill half a day. Arround two they had me back to a door but not all the way as they still werent ready for me. Around 5 i still hadnt heard anything so i went to the office to ask if what was up and they apparently had forgot me cause they suddenly were ready for me to open my doors and back in. Around 7 i hadnt felt movement in half an hour so i went to check on bol and once again it was suddenly ready when i asked. I think you gotta hound these guys a bit or youll be sitting around forever. All things considered, a realitively painless pickup despite the careless wasting of drivers time. If your stuck here for a while theres a strip mall around the block with lots of cute eastern food places and i little asian grocery too. Head back to arapo and turn left then left again at the valero till you see it on your left.

ALL REVIEWS ARE TRUE. OVER 10 HOYR UNLOAD. 7AM APPOINTMENT. START RECIEVING AT 7AM. I WAS THE FIRST DRIVER IN LINE AT 620AM. I SAT AT THE WINDOW WITH PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE UNTIL 730AM BEFORE I WAS EVEN SPOKEN TOO. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME. HAD BROKER CALL THEM. RECIEVED A DOOR AT 10AM. TALKED TO A RECIEVER AT 11AM. AT 2PM STILL NO PALLETS OFF THE TRUCK. I WENT INTO THE OFFICE EXPRESSED MY FRUSTRATION. EMPTY AT 515PM. ATLEAST 30 TRUCKS PILED UP IN THE YARD. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS OF A RECIEVER.
