Waldo Rose Storage

My fam has 5 diff units here and has for years. And there is a good reason for that: Chris and Jason. I have had storage units all over California for my business uses and Waldo is the best I’ve experienced in all of the state. Chris and Jason act like professionals, they are responsive immediately when you need them and I hope the owner knows how much they mean to our continued business ! Thank you! Highly recommend.

I had an Urgent Storage Need. Waldo Rose Storage was amazing, Customer Service above all others. I called several of the other storage businesses in the area, and surprisingly, not a single company answered their phone. Waldo Rose not only answered, but was able to assist me with the immediate need I had. If you need a storage facility that has excellent Customer Service with care, compassion and understanding. Waldo Rose Storage is the one to choose. Thank You for your help.

Typically I toss out the lowest & highest prices. Life left me no option so I gave them a go. Lemme just BLESSING IN DISGUISE. From the initial call before my cross country move, getting my things in, and out - the customer service has been stellar. The units have lights which is great for when it's dark early. They worked with me and very upfront which I fully respect. Now for as awesome and upfront as they are the one constructive critism would be if a tenant isn't out by a certain day of the month you're charged the full month and prorated. Or at least refunded since I was on monthly automatic payment. Thankfully this time it worked out and I was out fast enough to be with the "prorate capable" portion of the month. But it would have been nice to have had the option to be initially charged the full month and then refunded the remaining amount once the unit was released back to the property. They already have my banking information on file or could have mailed a check. All that said, I still give 5 stars and if I need another storage I would return.
