Warehouse One

I had an extremely frustrating and infuriating experience while picking up goods today. The staff instructed me to enter Dock 2 *"once a truck exits the area."* I waited patiently but never saw any truck leave. Without warning, the employee abruptly allowed the next truck in line to take Dock 2, skipping me entirely. When I confronted him, he blatantly pretended not to understand his own instructions, dismissed my concerns, and left me stranded. This unprofessional behavior forced me to wait even longer, disrupting my schedule for Las Vegas. The issue isn’t just inefficiency—it’s the lack of accountability and basic respect for customers. Staff either don’t communicate clearly or refuse to own their mistakes. Save yourself the stress: avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

Really nice, respectful and professional staff. I arrived early and they unloaded the freight quickly. They were finished 15 minutes before my appointment time of 9am. I was able to book another load for the day.

I've been using their warehouse to store my carpet and for over 10 years and they are a great bunch of people to work with. Amanda is terrific and her boss knows his stuff.
