Watertown Self-Storage

I rented a unit starting feb. The process was easy. (i was charged a prorated amount) I cleared out from the unit 1st week of April. Called them to close out the account and the unit. Was told i would still be charged for the whole month of April as i dint give a 15day notice...I went back checked all through the website about this condition.. no mention of it which is a really shitty practice.. Might have been in the contract i signed.(didn't bother checking) FINE that's on me for not enquiring when i initially moved in!!! The lady said shell close out the account. Now again i got charged for the month of MAY.. IDK what kind of scummy business is being run here!! Will never use this service again and advice others to stay away!!

Kaitlyn is amazing. She truly cares about her customers. She went above and beyond for me. Your company should promote her and keep her forever.

Watertown self storage has been easier and more flexible than I could’ve possibly hoped for out of a storage company. The staff is great, they’re responsive, the rates are reasonable, the units are clean and the amenities (double elevators, parking, moving carts in the facilities, proximity to home depot, location) are all fantastic. Cannot recommend a better spot.
