West Coast Self-Storage Fircrest

I recently did business with West Coast Self Storage and their customer service was fantastic, beautiful facility as-well. The owners must really care about their image, they had construction going on doing necessary repairs rather than letting things fall apart like you usually see. I spoke with Jocelyn the store manager and she was an absolute delight to work with. I highly recommend them, I will do business here again in the future.

The staff is fantastic! The place is always clean and nothing ever seems shady or out of place. I give this place 5 stars for the seamless and simple process of getting all of your storage needs taken care of with a smile. Plus, they have a couple nicely kept vans from U-Haul available to rent. Great job guys!

She was so even took showed me the unit and explained hours and security clearly. Jordan made renting the unit easy and pleasant. The show room is chock full of supplies, boxes tape, dispensers, locks and more. The whole place shines like a chef’s kitchen. There were Three units in the size I needed, at assorted prices. The inside building was brightly lit where it felt very safe and secure. Inside the unit was Spotless even the metal walls inside the climate controlled unit were clean and dust free.
