I recently rented a 10x10 storage unit at Extra Space Storage, and my experience was outstanding—largely thanks to the incredible customer service from manager Anna! From the moment I walked in, Anna was super attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me several unit options, walked me through the facility, and personally guided me to my unit. She even patiently explained how to use the entry code and gate system, making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before I left. Her professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness turned what could have been a stressful move into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Gavin was excellent setting up first unit and my transfer to a bigger unit. Easy to work with, and great location. No complaints here.
