I’ve had an excellent experience with this storage facility from start to finish. Rebecca is incredibly friendly, professional, and was always ready to help with anything I needed. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, and the entire property feels very well maintained. I really appreciated the security features, bright lights and cleanliness of the facility. Pricing was competitive, especially given the quality of the facilities. The rental process was quick and straightforward. Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run storage option! Rebecca, the manager who runs the location, is great!

It's a nice facility, prices are generally pretty fair, maybe increased 50% gradually over a couple years compared to doubling much quicker at other companies. Pros: secure, you can share access without a physical key, nice carts, clean Cons: checkout procedure could be posted on a wall or be triggered by the checkout option on the app, burying it in the terms of service is kind of annoying. They did credit me back the month I was charged after vacating, however.

This facility is leaps and bounds better than the Public Storage space where we were previously and about 40% less expensive. They actually have staff on site who are there when they say they’re going to be there per the hours posted. The facility is clean and the desk, staff, friendly and helpful. They have a covered area for loading and unloading. The spaces are indoors and climate controlled so no more moving items in the rain. Our location is right near the dump and the freeway. We love it!
