West Coast Self-Storage Hillsboro

I’ve been a customer here for well over a year now, and I can confidently say that this is hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever rented from. From day 1, the property has been clean, secure, and incredibly well maintained. Katelyn, the manager, runs this place with a level of professionalism and care that you just don’t see often anymore. She is organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in both the property and her customers. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and that leadership shows in every detail of how the facility operates. It’s rare to find a business where you feel valued as a customer, but that’s exactly how it feels here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a secure, well maintained storage with amazing customer service.

My experience renting here has been great from the very beginning. I was able to set everything up online in advance. Felix was awesome giving me rundown of the facility and giving me a brief tour. This place is well lit, clean, and secure. Paying the bill is simple with the app they have available if you choose not to do autopay. They have a good amount of carts that are pretty decent in size to load items on. I’d recommend this storage facility.

The staff in the office, Katelyn and Tai, were amazing! They answered every question I had and helped me get moved in so fast and easy. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. There are carts for moving items, bathrooms, excellent security, and big elevators! 10/10 recommend.
