Gabriel is amazing and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make our move easy and stress free. The facility is clean and secure. I’d recommend them to friends and family.

Looks like they just had a great job done with cleaning the office carpet in the front area. Everything's kept very clean, very organized. This new management knows what they are doing. However, pls watch out for the encampment of over 1,000 homeless people across the road along the tree line. If you get a storage shed there I'm not sure how safe it would be so be sure to carry a weapon. When people don't work but want more time to drink and do drugs, they are capable of doing just about anything to destroy other lives in addition to their own. I see help wanted signs everywhere! Those people are there because they want to be there!

Old man working there was a jerk and condescending. He became irate when another customer put their mask on and claimed that the masks were useless and clearly attempting to make a political statement. It took me an hour to check out my u-haul it was clear he was attempting to give me poor service on the basis I also had a mask on. I arrived at 9:00am on the dot to return my u-haul the following day only to have to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive late and accept my return. Extremely poor customer service, and terribly unprofessional establishment. Do not recommend.
