Moving is a stress of its own, getting outstanding customer service is one less thing to worry about. Both Sarah and Adrian have been helpful and friendly. They helped me find the right unit size, Adrian got me registered in a timely manner, and they both have such an easy going personality. Storage units are clean, have security system and having the app option is super helpful. No need to type in the code, door opens at a click of a button from the app. Had a little issue setting up app, but with just one phone call Sarah took care of the issue asap. Storage unit and the customer service is a solid 5/5.

The lady at the office was very helpful. Tried completing my registration online but for some reason was unable to compete the process so had to go into the office which was not a problem. Price was great Half off first two months..place was very clean and welcoming not like some storage places where people look like there living there..
