Lisa the manager went out of her way to make renting easy for us! Plus the facility is all inside and away from dust, which is important for preserving your things. Easy in and out access plus friendly and skilled staff made our decision to rent here very easy. The facility also rents U-Hauls so everything you need is in one spot!

Wonderful! I called first, and the guy who picked up the phone introduced himself as Jim, and was super funny and helpful. Gave me estimate on what I wanted. Waited for me, since I had to run quick errand, and then when I arrived he said: “I chose great unit for you.” He showed me the unit. I loved it indeed. The process of signing up and first payment took 15 min. The place itself is great. Has beautiful views, and good energy. I’m very happy with the experience, and the storage.

Lisa, at the front desk, made all of my visits a pleasure. She is friendly, efficient and really wants to make sure everyone that arrives has a great visit. Wish all customer service was this good.
