Youngsville Storage - Park Avenue Center

I thought I found the ideal storage unit but when I got there they raised the price by $20 a month and then told me I wasn’t able to use the moving truck. Mind you, the whole reason I wanted to go with this company was because on their website it was advertised a “FREE moving truck”. When I got there they told me it was only for the 10x10 units. NO WHERE on the website does it state that and they wouldn’t honor that. If immediately they raise the price without informing me prior and go back on their word I wonder what else they would try and do. Incredibly dishonest and I will be going somewhere that is able to honor their word.

The great prices are what reeled me in, but honestly the customer service is what sealed the deal! This place is hands down the best storage facility I’ve rented from, just a very friendly and welcoming environment. Management is on top of things and you can tell they take pride in their units. I will definitely be returning to this facility any time I need storage!

I never had to rent a storage before so I did not know the procedures did not know what to expect. Left happy. The customer service was great and they walked me through the whole process. Once again very, very impress with the customer service
