I had the best experience with Pack Rat. A friend referred them after moving from Chicago to LA. So many companies break out a bunch of charges, but they do all 1 charge so you’re not getting hidden fees, etc. customer service took so much time to explain the process and help me get the best deal and set-up for my needs. Moved from San Diego to Seattle, and my things arrived in great shape, and quickly. All the drivers I interacted with were great, but Matt out of the Auburn hub was by far the best! He not only dropped my container in a super difficult space because I really needed it there (apartment community), but he was so kind & even offered to pick up the container later that day so I wouldn’t worry about management at my home. I didn’t even have to follow up, he called to check in on my progress that afternoon. Truly above and beyond and I’m so grateful! Pro tip; put an AirTag in your container so you can see when it arrives and schedule your delivery.

Lisa dropped off a container for my move from Washington to Nevada. She was amazing!!! She was patient and very professional. Shannon was great! She is a skilled driver, personable, and truly desires to meet your needs. We had an issue with neighbors’ vehicles blocking her ability to drop our container off in the ideal position. She brainstormed with me and went the extra mile to reverse the direction the container sat on the truck so that we still got it exactly where we wanted it in the end. Thank you Shannon! 🙏🏽
