Sing was great she came on to the property and greeting me like a human and not just a customer. I will say it's hard to find good people in today's life. I just wanna say she helped me reduce my fee on my account and she was very consistent. Sing thanks for you for your presence.

I made everything online - very convenient and fast. The process is simple and clear, without unnecessary calls and paperwork. The location is clean, safe, access to the unit without problems. The prices are adequate, the service is level. Completely satisfied, I recommend!

Iike it better now that I'm here a bit. I love Susanna in the office! Only thing is they have one person in charge of 3 locations so if you need to even sign up and show your ID, you might have to make an appt. I'm still deciding if I like my door not being a roll up, but it hasn't really posed any problems yet, then again I do have small things like bags and boxes. It's never busy that I've seen, too me that's a plus. I'm not blocking anyone and no one is blocking me. I am worried about the rent though, I can't even afford mine. It's a struggle every month trying to come up with the money, but the price now is good. Really, Susanna is what I love so much about this place and why I gave it 5 stars. *:)
