Angel is wonderful! I had a pleasant experience working with her. Storage unit was just fine. Customer service call center should probably have a little better instructions for people who order new units over the phone or online. Other than that, I’d use Public Storage again.

Angel at the Auburn Public Storage was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for storage in Auburn, ask for Angel — she’s a total pro.

Absolutely love doing business at the R st Public Storage. The Manager Angel is the best & gives the true meaning to her name! An absolute gem & pleasure to have here. Wish there were more Managers like her at the rest of Public Storage locations. I have rented from 4 different Public Storage locations over the past 10yrs & this location has been by far the best & it’s because Angel takes pride in her job & it shows.
