Price increase more than doubled went to rent elsewhere and saw they had good prices on the unit one size smaller so I went to do that move in building 270 less to loose 3ft of storrage than before im done online I get contacted by the facility im not eligible for the good price its only for new customers. I'll never understand that new people treated better then someone who has been paying there bills for years but it is clean nice place just dont like the bill games so if you have a friend they rent move into unit on property get good price. It's like phone call to cancel and you get 20 off a month for a year

So I had an experience recently at a facility where I store my belongings at. This night I ended up being in the facility a little longer than I anticipated and ended up not having everything I needed for a work trip loaded up and ready to go until after the facility had closed for the evening. I remember being told when I first started renting a unit that if this ever happened to call the number next to the keypad and the gate would be opened so I could leave. Remembering this, I called the number next to the keypad and it rang through to a hotline that stated a representative would be with me shortly to assist me. After about 10 to 15 minutes a woman answered and seemed very inconvenienced and stated she was working on notifying someone to assist me then put me back on hold. About 30 minutes later I hung up and called the number back hoping I’d get through to someone a little faster this time that could help me in opening the gate so I could finally leave. To my surprise, the same woman answers and this time sounds almost irritated that I was calling, even more irritated that I was still on the property! I let her know what had happened and that I didn’t mean to still be on the property but that I needed help so I could finally leave. She then stated she would try to wake someone up that could help me and put me on hold again. Mind you, at this point I had been sitting on hold for over an hour and I started to wonder if I’d be spending the night stuck waiting to be let out of the facility! but just then, after an hour and a half of waiting, a person answers the phone and asked how they could help me and why was I still there so late after the facility was closed. I informed them of my situation and with no hesitation they informed me there was a code I could enter on the keypad and it would open the gate. I entered the code on the keypad as the person instructed and the gate opened! I thanked the employee and exited the facility and went on my way. Now, if not for this very friendly and understanding employee I would not have given the score I did, so 4 stars seems very appropriate when the later employee saved the day. Unfortunately I did not get the same feeling from the first person I spoke with but thankfully everything turned out good in the end.

I used to love this place. I have 2 units at the Auburn location which contain (or used to contain, because I have no idea what is going on) 80% of everything I own in this world. I moved back to Hawai’i a few months ago, unexpectedly, to care for my mom, and left everything I had in the care of this facility, thinking it would be safe. I had auto pay set up for my units, but every month, on the 8th, i would check to make sure the payments went through. On September 8, I checked and they did not, so I went on the app to first pay and thenn figure out what happened. I checked my email and only had an email with the bill, as usual. No other information. I tried to manually pau on the app and couldn’t. I kept getting an error message to call the office, but by the time I get off work, the office is closed. I tried again the next day, and the next day. On the 10th, I called and left messages on both the auburn office voicemail and the 877 number voicemail. All I wanted to do was pay my bill. No one called me or emailed me. For the next 4 days, i tried to pay my bill. I kept being told that they couldn’t take my payment because my account was locked by the auburn office due to an “incident” but they had no information about it. I was freaked out to say the least. I asked that someone contact me via email (so I would have it in writing), a total of 7 times. NO ONE SENT ME ANY INFORMATION, they just keep sending me bills that they don’t allow me to pay. I have General Anxiety Disorder, which rears it’s ugly head in different ways, and for the last 6 weeks, I have had stomach problems due to the stress of worrying that all of my belongings will be auctioned off because I have not been ALLOWED to pay my bill. My next step is going to be talking with an attorney. I am 3000 miles away and have no way of going in to this office and at this point, I am so disgusted and stressed out.
