Amy was the one that walked me through finishing my reservation and was such a lovely and overall cheerful presence I wish I could talk to for more than just the time she was helping me. Great customer service!

Easy to rent via online website. Only complaint is that the climate controlled unit has an opening to outside so it’s not really free from all elements. Other than that, it’s good.

I gave it five stars until I needed customer service for a problem and then it went to one. Customer service is garbage. I've been unable to access the entry gate for 4 days. I'm trying to get the rest of my stuff out. I have driven 30 mi one way four different times and the gate will not open. I've called customer service and have waited on hold over 30 minutes each time and no one will answer. I bet when I don't pay the bill they'll be quick to call. If you don't mind garbage customer service. This is the place for you
