The unit I was looking for was unavailable, but Bruce was a delight to speak with and so insightful!

I have rented storage space at this location since 2013, for 8 years. Prior to that, I rented at 4 other locations in town and was disappointed with each. This storage facility is the best you will find. Bruce Bear is an honest, ethical manager and extremely professional to work with. He can be trusted at his word and is dependable. The storage facility is safe, well run, and as a result, there is usually a waiting list to get in. This facility is worth the wait. It has an excellent location, plenty of parking, and easy 24 hour in and out access. No other storage facility in Costa Mesa even comes close to the value provided here due to the excellent manager and security/accessibility of the units.

The best storage facility. It is secure, clean, and accessible 24 hours a day, and they constantly maintain it. Been there for years and the management has always been great and responsive. Current manager, Bruce, knows his clients and is big on providing the best customer service possible. Its obvious that the ownership cares about their property.
