As a small business owner, I was looking for an independent owned storage facility to rent that was climate controled, I looked at many and my decision was made by location, easy access, cleanliness and the manager Julie. She makes your rental experience so accommodating and goes above and beyond to help with special requests when possible. After several years here, Julie is one of the reasons I decide to stay. Highly recommend this place for all your rental needs.

210 Storage in Worcester is hands down one of the best storage facilities I’ve used. The place is spotless, secure, and the customer service is top-notch. The staff is super friendly and genuinely helpful. They even offer coffee and keep a clean restroom available—which is a small thing that makes a big difference. Forgot a lock? No worries—they’ve got you covered without needing to run around town. It’s the little things that show they really care about the customer experience. Highly recommend!

We’ve used 210 Self Storage for the last two summers and have had a great experience both times. Julie is so helpful and kind. Facility is clean, secure and priced reasonably. We will definitely be back next summer!
