Best Experience ever. The customer service was wonderful. If you have anything to store come here. Very safe and clean.

Jury is still out. (Jury is in...GUILTY) Gate is constantly malfunctioning and left open. Watched a homeless guy walk out yesterday. I've noticed many bay doors with sliding latches broken off. Very worried about security...and today I go to the storage again. The gate is stuck open for anyone to enter with a car and break into any unit. EDITED TODAY: 3 weeks after intial review: Don't tell me you care about security because this should be fixed immediately!! I came here earlier today and nothing has changed!! Gate wide open.... nice open door policy.

Great and safe place for the storage. I stored my car for a month and my experience was exceptional. Cheyenne assisted me throughout the entire process, from booking to move-out. She truly deserves a thumbs up. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this storage place for your storage needs around greater Boston area.
