Do Not Rent from here. Huge scam happening between a tenant and management. So unless you want to be kicked off the property for trying to protect your self in the terms of safety and then have your unit broken into by the managers mechanic who lives in his unit there (illegally of course) then I suggest run the other way!!! It's totally normal to get broken into and physically restrained bty other tenants. The manager hates her job and she hates that she was forced to take this location on. Gate is broken all the time. You can't pay me today another minute there.

There is always a problem with this place. Either we can't make our payment for some reason or the gate code doesn't work and won't let us in. Property managers say they are on it... then never show up or answer their phone again after that. We've been waiting here to get inside our storage for over an hour. Haven't heard a word from anyone about it. Avoid this place. Go anywhere else. We will be moving out. Very disappointed.

They are supposed to have a working gate at all times so i can be ensured my stuff is ok the whole time im renting from them. But pretty much the whole time I've been with them the gate has been broken. One time it wasn't even stuck open, and i couldn't get in to access my things and i had to wait until the next day.
