This is a secure well maintained gated facility that is priced fairly for me to store my boat. The owners are friendly and communicative to all customers providing periodic need to know information such as nearby road construction affecting access to the facility and suggested winter weather prep etc. However the main thing I like, is their business model. No gimmicks to get you in at a cheap price or free rent for a month, only to later increase double. I'm going on my third year at this facility and the price has not increased any. Thanks for being a fair family owned and operated business.

This place was very easy to work with, with very friendly staff every time I interacted with them. Pricing was very reasonable and in a good location. Recent road construction in front of it looks like it will be even easier to get in and out of. They have cameras on site, and I always felt like my trailer secure.
