Awesome experience from start to finish with Storage King USA in Wylie, TX. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. Easily one of the best storage experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I have been at this storage facility for many years now. It is well maintained, safe and well lite. Lexi is a sweetheart, she walks the property and addresses any issues that arise’s. I’m sure I will be here for many more years to come.

Lexy was very helpful and informative. She took us to see 3 different options so that we could make our final decision. She also answered all of our questions and concerns. We ended up purchasing the month-to-month lease that very day via the online option because of the discounted price. However, we were not aware of the extra fees until Lexy brought them to our attention. The extra fees required are the minimum insurance and the purchase of a lock from the facility. Even though the purchase was not as reasonable as it was advertised it was still a great experience because of the customer service provided by Lexy.
