I called to speak with an individual. Without hearing what I was calling for, I was laughed at, told “to call my parents they should be so proud” and then was hung up on: As a business without knowing what I was looking for... I found this to be extremely unprofessional. I stated who I was and who I was with. Without getting where I needed to.... I guess my husband doesn’t need your services. I also guess we will be doing business elsewhere. Would highly recommend against! How dare you speak to me that way. I will give my business to someone else. I’m guessing you guys don’t make money with the rude rude woman who hung up on me..... after telling me “my parents should be so proud” after introducing myself. I’m absolutely appalled and irate at this point. I would have given this a zero rating. The ONLY reason you received one star is because I wanted to physically write out a review myself. Also... I will be making a report to the BBB.

I call and ask for a price i did not understand what the fee was then i ask if there is any tax the man on the phone got rude and annoyed with me, i told him i need the information to make a decision i call i different place to compare prices and he told me not to call him call some one else. i don't recommend this place very rude.

Worst storage facility I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Owner is rude and entitled. Stay away!
