9th East Self Storage

Not a customer but have noticed for at least the last several months they allow homeless people to live there (as seen in pic) and leave the gate open for them to come in n out all night with their presumably stolen/“found” wares… For this reason alone I’d never trust storing anything of value there. If you’re a current customer or owner of this place and have a logical explanation however, I’m very open-minded to plausibilities.

This is the best storage unit facility in Utah! The owner, Art, is super caring and a very flexible man to rent storage from. It is not climate controlled but I have never had to store something that needs climate control. Art is the best to work with. He is more of a kind and understanding friend than a unit owner.

No climate control, but the price is the best in town. Offers military discount. The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Pretty effortlessly month to month storage lease at 9th East. If you aren’t looking for climate control give Art a call at 9th East Self Storage!
