HORRBILE! Save yourself from tons of stress and go somewhere else. They are not reliable. They don't open on time. They are rude. I reserved and paid for a truck for a 9am pickup. The didn't open till 9:45am, then when trying to settle the reserved and paid for truck- Marco says its NOT paid for. I show them the proof it's paid for and he still insists I pay AGAIN. So I try to get his full name so I am comfortable giving the credit card number AGAIN, and he hangs up. He refused to give me his name. This is the 3rd and LAST time I'll try and do business with them. Save yourself- go to another Uhaul location.

My wife ordered and paid for something on the U-Haul website to be pick up at that location. They do not carry this item in the store. The level of customer service to resolve our issue was way above and beyond! Mariellis (sp) was so patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for being amazing ❤️

The lady at the front desk was rude!!! Charged me for another day when advised if additional time was needed it wouldnt be a problem.. wasn't advised of additional charge just withdrew from account. didn't advise of fees before charging me and advised that I would need to bring it back same day when I was already Charged for the day. Not making sense ! Asked to speak with owner/manager...lady stated she was the manager when she already had advised she wasnt. Do not go to this location for a uhaul very poor customer service.
