From the moment I first visited with my daughter, I was impressed by James' friendly and professional demeanor. He took the time to show us the unit, explaining the pros and cons of each option and how the rental procedure works. Later that day, I returned with my wife to finalize the process. Both James and Bailey made the sign-up process incredibly streamlined and easy to follow. Even my wife noticed the significant difference compared to other storage facilities we have visited in the past. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would like to give a special thank you to James and Bailey for their exceptional service. The guy named Bailey is great. When I first signed up for the storage unit, there was a discount going on and he was kind of enough to apply it for me. Saved me $50 for several months. The process is straightforward. The place is clean. Just keep in mind that you will need to buy a lock from A1 since it uses a special kind. Closing out the unit was also very simple and straightforward. You just sign a paper closing out the unit. Overall I do recommend it.
