The rental process is super easy and straight forward, it probably took me less than half an hour to finish all paperwork and get my lease started whenever I wanted. The staff were super courteous and helpful. Especially appreciate that they honour the online price I reserved for my unit, since apparently it hiked between then and when I went to the facility and got the paperwork done. The storage area is super clean which is awesome, but the bathroom needs to be better kept! Lots of security, you have to punch in an access code in order to get through the gate, operate the elevator, and use the bathroom. Online bill pay is a breeze. Some minor gripes I have is that I'm not sure if the facility is "climate controlled" since it's still definitely hotter on the top floors; can't comment on the humidity (yet) though. And every now and then you find a bug inside.

The staff here is excellent and really cares about you as a person and not just a customer!
