GREAT place to store you things they have many different size units it’s secured and clean. They have good customer service and make you feel welcomed. I’ve been with them for a few years now and I have not had any issues with them so far.

They are responsive but have made mistakes that caused me great inconvenience. Last year they locked me out of my unit by accident, went to the wrong row. This year they did not record my payment and sent me a registered letter threatening to take my items and fine me. I always pay for 3 months at a time before the due date. They had cashed my check but obviously did not record the payment. I live out of town and do not need to deal with unforeseen problems when I get there. I pay early and in advance. I would expect better management. If you are going to lock people out and threaten them, please make sure you are correct. I don't like to spend my time chasing their mistakes. I would have like to have rated them better, but this is the second time they incorrectly locked me out.

Best storage experience ever. I was with them for years. They have great prices and service. The location is simple, convenient, and in a decent area. I'd go back to them anytime I need storage again.
