I highly recommend A Better Self Storage on North Nevada!! Moving in was seamless and the manager was incredibly helpful, making the whole process simple and pleasant. The facility is very clean and feels secure, which is the most important thing for me. I really appreciate the strong focus on security, including the gated entry with personalized codes, 24/7 video surveillance. The access hours (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day) and the convenient drive-up units make loading and unloading extremely easy. If you're looking for a reliable, safe, and professionally managed storage solution in the area, this is definitely the place to go!

Not sure how this place doesn’t have lower ratings. They don’t keep the office hours they post. Showed up to pick up a u-haul from them, and no one was in the office. I ended up being there for 40 minutes and no one ever showed up. While I was waiting/calling, one of their storage unit customers saw me and said it’s always like that; they are awful to get a hold of and they regret getting a unit there. I ended up having to get my reservation switched to a different location.

Russ and Jess are friendly, honest and approachable. They are readily available if you have any issues, and are working hard to make sure the storage facility is clean, safe, and accessible.
