Linda is the best! Had a U-Haul trailer problem just down the highway from this location and she was the only one who was actually open properly on a Saturday. I was getting the runaround with U-Haul roadside assistance because the human robot was just reading policy off of a screen instead of explaining in plain terms what I needed to hear. Linda translated the nonsense into understandable terms and really made the situation a lot better. If I needed Storage I’d have no problem renting from here. From the looks of it, their security system seems modern and high-quality and the facility looks very tidy. Thanks again for all the help, God bless!

I was moving and needed something quickly at an affordable price and location was key. I visited multiple locations/businesses until a family member referred them. Reserving a unit online was fast and easy. They had different sales/rates to accommodate your needs. After receiving email confirmation, I went in person to the location. Aaron greeted me, found my reservation and then showed me the facility along with my unit. Once I agreed, he meticulously went over and explained policies, rates, business/gate hours, etc together with me. He answered any questions/concerns I had. I was emailed all my copies of agreement signed. All in all it was a professional and easy going, well detailed experience. Will recommend to family and colleagues.

Linda was so genuinely helpful when we came in to address our issue. We went to our storage unit on Thanksgiving to get our Christmas items and noticed our key no longer fit the lock. Someone had taken our lock off and put a completely different one on there. Linda got on the phone with HR to see how to handle our issue. They explained the steps to her on how this should be handled just in case we needed to file a police report if we had any items missing. The person that normally cuts the locks off wasn’t there, but she didn’t want us to wait for him to get back and wanted to help us resolve this. She was fast, professional, genuine, kind, and very helpful. She was able to cut off the old lock so we could put a new one on. Her management and customer service skills are far above the ordinary. Thankfully, nothing was missing from our unit and we did not need to file a police report. We have been customers there since 2016 and this is the first issue we’ve had. Thank you Linda!!
