Tom is absolutely the best on site manager that I have had the pleasure of dealing with! He keeps the facility, clean and addresses any problems that I've ever had and I know there's a lot of other tenants who agree. As a contractor, the accessibility and security that he provides makes renting here "stress free". Thank you Tom, I appreciate you!

RAT INFESTATION!!! We have been there less than 6 months and our furniture is ruined. We had the couches wrapped but they didn’t stand a chance against this infestation. We had only purchased our couches 3 years ago for over $2000 and now they’re ruined. The storage insurance only paid out $500 for RAT DAMAGE. When we tried to contact the area manager we were given the run around by Tom and corporate office. They claim they’ll call you back within 72 hours but it has been over 3 weeks. This facility has other reviews explaining the RAT PROBLEM from 10 months ago (of course it’s hidden) with the same outcome: no response, no accountability. DO NOT waste your time and money here. We found a POD that was about $100 cheaper a month for the same storage space. Replying to “owners” response: I emailed you Monday and no response once again. Your reply to this review was just for show, trying to save face. You don’t care about your customers or their belongings.
