AAA Storage City

I decided on AAA Storage on Ladys Island because of the wonderful reviews. I was definitely not disappointed! Breana and Charlotte are two of the kindest women ever! They went through all of my options and answered all of my questions. They helped me find an option for my specific needs all while keeping me within my budget. I’m so glad I found this place! Thank you, Breana and Charlotte, for a wonderful experience and the kindness customer service!

Charlotte gave my husband and me a tour, showed us the units we were interested in and gave us privacy while we decided which one would best suit our needs. She could not have been nicer or more professional! We have rented storage units in the past, but this one is new, clean and fresh, unlike many. They also have boxes, tape, supplies for sale right there. There is a one time, $30 administration fee, but it includes a heavy duty lock for the unit. Charlotte was so easy to work with! She made sure that we understood all of the terms and asked several times if we had any questions. Very thorough!! So far, a great, positive experience!

Always clean and easy access. Haven’t had an issue for over 3 years. When we started in 2022 Charlotte was so easy to work with then and continues to this day with superb customer service I recommend to anyone one this easy access storage facility with outstanding customer service and very clean Thank you Charlotte and Brianna
