I recently visited this storage facility and the customer service exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Lashanda was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and recommend the perfect storage unit for my situation. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and and stress-free. She clearly takes pride in keeping the facility clean, secure, and easy to navigate. It’s refreshing to find a place where customer care truly comes first. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable service and a peace of mind.

RATS, RATS RATS. This place is infested with RATS. If you do not get their insurance they do not care. I wasn't aware it was the customers responsibility to protect the property from RATS and BUGS. When you speak to staff they don't care. Do not waste your money here. This place is a dump! Why pay to store your property at a facility that is not safe and definitely not sanitary. RATS will destroy your belongings! All these units have holes in the bottom and the top so RATS can go from unit to unit as they please. If one unit has RATS they all have them! UPDATE Had to get my own traps and have already caught 2 RATS.
