I can’t say enough good things about Darlene, the manager at AAA Storage. From day one, she’s been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. She truly makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another unit number. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, she takes the to explain everything clearly. When I managed to lock myself on the property after her working hours, she answered my call and took care of me. And with a great attitude! It is rare to find someone who’s this organized, dependable, and pleasant to work with. Thanks to Darlene for making this is by far the easiest and most stress-free storage experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent management, this is the place. Highly recommend AAA Storage and Darlene.
