The air conditioning upstairs has been broken for the last 4-5 months now and with no update on when it will be fixed. This place advertised as "climate controlled" on the outside signs seems to have lost control of the climate. A box of candles in our unit had almost fully melted together. The management claims that their contracts do not specify a specific temp range and that is the biggest cop out of the century. Additionally there are obviously people living in the units, as ours has had cigarettes, urine, water, and trash leaked in from the neighboring units. As well as people that seem to be running shops from their unit, giving the codes to strangers to come up and shop around while blocking off hallways with racks of clothes. There seems to be no limit to what you're allowed to use the storage units for, might as well open a sauna.

I've never had a negative encounter with AAAA, my only concern was the rodent droppings which in all honesty, probably can't be avoided. I'll add, my things were stored 8 years and no container, cardboard box or drawer had mouse or rat droppings. Just on the floor. Additionally, Mr Elwood is always pleasant to work with.
