AAAA Self Storage

I don’t know what other storage company takes a two hour lunch break, but I’m trying to rent a truck and while the people are sitting inside for the last two hours, they have not bothered to open the door during working hours. I’m not sure what’s going on with this company, very frustrating. Definitely will not be using this company again. I guess uhaul really is better.

Lamonda help me with storage and was very efficient with great customer service. She was patient and took care of all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend others if you in need of a storage reach out to her.

The carpet at the facility was often unkempt and needed cleaning. There is a definite rodent issue. The staff were very receptive, readily available, and assisted with my concerns.
