I came here to get a U-Haul truck and accidentally missed my time I was suppose to pick up the truck. The lady running the office was so patient with me and so polite. I would definitely recommend this business for storing items as well due to the amazing service she offered me. I was honestly amazed to find this kind of service in the Nashville area. We have rented a unit here for several years. We are now switching to a larger unit and still again at this location! Clean, safe and the personnel people are wonderful!
