I just wanted to come on here and say Nick is awesome. I never met him in person, but he is kind and helpful!

I had picked up a trailer on Friday, June 2, 2023. Nick said he was going to take care of hooking it up to my truck and unbelievably he did not secure the coupling latch to the hitch bar resulting in the trailer separating from the truck on the interstate, when I asked him, he stated he thought it was a latch which is obvious he paid no attention whatsoever the potential for substantial injuries and damage to property cannot be understated. I have tried to get in contact with the owner however, I have no doubt he has not passing the messages forward. As a result of this step being missed there is no way I can give any sort of recommendation to this business for U-Haul trailers.
