Great location, all instructions where given to me over the phone when I called. The agent was very sweet and helpful. Locked in great online deal, 5x10 unit was more than enough for all my boxed items. It would have fit some of my smaller household furniture - but I didn't have the space in the suv, or energy for a 3rd trip! 😭

Thien, the on-site manager was excellent from my first call to my move in process. He was clear and helpful at all times. The facility is kept clean and the location is good for me. I also like the company policy that allowed me to prepay a year of storage at the reasonable fixed rate. All other storage companies lure you in with a low rate that goes up enormously about every 4 to 6 months, and don’t allow you to prepay for more than 4 to 6 months.

Stored items at Acorn for 9 years. The storage facility was always clean. Staff were always helpful, even when leaving. Would be happy to use Acorn again if the need arises.
